This motto along with Vaino’s vast and varied experience are what drives him to go above and beyond to help his clients achieve the best possible results.

Vaino trained and taught as a primary school teacher and very quickly was promoted to being in charge of his own school at a young age. After teaching for some time he decided to gain some experience in the building industry and quickly formed a small company in Sydney with a friend who was already building there in commercial construction. After gaining much experience in the building industry he was approached for a sales role in the grocery industry selling Australia’s favourite cereal, Weet-Bix for a number of years. From there the next stage was a role as a medical rep in the pharmaceutical industry promoting life saving drugs to GP’s and specialists in Sydney and the Central Coast.

With no science degree it surprised his managers that Vaino won a prestigious sales award allowing him to take his young family on a holiday to Fiji in his first 12mths of working with AstraZeneca. After a few sales roles in various pharma companies and many sales awards he was head hunted into medical prosthetics where he worked in ophthalmology and orthopedics throughout north NSW.

Having loved the building industry previously, renovating and landscaping his own homes, Vaino applied for a role as a real estate agent in the Lake MacQuarie area and found he loved it being able to combine his sales skills with his building knowledge and very quickly became a top performer. On holiday with his family in Byron Bay he decided to leave his business card with a number of agencies and soon received calls requesting interviews and so his career has blossomed in the Northern Rivers of NSW.

Vaino has been married to Sue for 33ys and has three children. Tijana who is married and teaches in Brisbane. Jaevin who completed his architectural degree in Newcastle and Jules who is an apprentice carpenter working in the Byron area. Vaino and Sue built a home in the Lennox Head Village around 2015 and now works for @realty Ballina/Lennox Head where he is loving serving the local residents from Cumbalum to Lennox Head.

Vaino goes out of his way to help vendors prepare their properties for sale by weeding, painting, watering, mowing and getting in an expert interior decorator and designer to make each house POP on open days.
