Murgha began his real estate career working for his parent’s realty business in Port Macquarie. Working closely with his parents for over 22 years, real estate quickly became a passion. Upon leaving the Port Macquarie region, Murgha spent time leading small businesses, including taking on the role of owner and CEO of Top Deck Travel in the UK and purchasing Management Rights of ‘Regency On The Beach’ in the Gold Coast. Over the past five years, Murgha has immersed himself in the Casino and surrounding areas community. Beginning his time in Casino as the General Manager of the award winning RV Resort Village before returning to real estate, Murgha also runs his own cattle property and is a board member for the Annual Casino Beef Week. 

Murgha’s clients are a combination of new and return and appreciate his extensive knowledge (both of the region as well as cattle grazing when it comes to rural sales), his regular contact and consistent follow-up, his respectful input and ‘no ‘vendor bashing’ approach. Murgha has always been dedicated and listened to what I needed in the way of purchasing a new property as my requirements changed from a 1/4 acre block to one of a smaller size and closer to town. I have never sold a property so fast so fast that the ink was not dry 10am signed the sales agreement and 12noon he bought someone that person was from a farm and did not buy then at 2p.m the people that came through bought the house Then I needed something smaller block of land and closer to town and he found it straight away. I use Murgha where I need I trust him implicity and have confidence in recommending his name to people that I know are buying or selling

I hope all is well with you. I just wanted to thankyou for all that you’ve done for me.
I could see that you went out of your way to sell my property at Drake. The sale price of $175,000 was definitely above the market price and that was because of your huge effort to do all that you could to sell it for me. I really appreciate your effort, especially since I was in hospital for the duration of it being on the market.
Thankyou for keeping the property tidy by spending your time with things like keeping the lawns trimmed, in your own time and tidying up the messy garage. Things I couldn’t do from hospital. The way you presented my property for inspection by erecting banners and flags was a huge effort and definitely made the sale happen quickly. I was amazed that you found a buyer after only one open house day.
I really appreciate that you constantly kept me informed of the progress during the process of exchanging contracts. The new owners and I were both kept informed of each step in the sale. As you know, i have a house in casino and I have decided to sell it too. I hope you have time to do the sale of it too. I believe the house requires some repairs, can you arrange for a few quotes on the work needed please. It’s so good to be able to relax with the knowledge that you are taking care of everything while I’m in hospital. When my house sells, hopefully you can help me buy a new house for a good price.
