Mark has provided real estate services on the Tweed Coast for over 32 years, having SOLD over 560 properties. Mark understands the pressures attached to buying and selling property having personally engaged in a number of property purchases and personal property sales in the region, some during difficult periods such as the GFC where property prices were decimated. He has weathered the storms and learnt many valuable lessons along the way.

Mark believes in the importance of relationship with clients and the trust he is given when dealing with the purchase or sale of often, the clients biggest asset. Effective communication, empathy, and attention to detail together with his industry expertise makes Mark an agent with a difference. His sales career background includes that of a small business owner for over 20 years in Cabarita Beach being the owner and operator of Elders Real Estate changing its name to Tweed Coast Real Estate whilst being an owner operator of a short-term accommodation motel for 9 years.

Mark takes the responsibility as an agent seriously – assisting his clients with first-hand knowledge, particularly when selling in a changing marketplace. A market most current selling agents have never worked in. His background gives him a broad understanding of the complexities of running a small business and today he concentrates on one thing he is passionate about – listing and selling property as an @Realty Agent.

It was an absolute pleasure doing business with Mark. We first meet him him at Seabrae court. We missed the open house earlier that day and Mark returned to show us the house on a Sunday afternoon. He even brought a ladder so we could inspect the ceiling space. Based on his insight, casual nature and sense of humour Mark seemed to be a trustworthy man.
