Jodie – The agent to choose for honesty and understanding
Jodie is one of the most understanding and easy to work with agents I have ever dealt with. Jodie knows and understands the sales market but also is compassionate and willing to listen to her clients needs and circumstances. I found Jodie extremely helpful in the sale of my property in what was a very difficult personal time for myself as well as a challenging period in the property market. I believe Jodie went above and beyond during the period my property was on the market. I can’t praise her communication skills high enough – she always kept me fully inform with where things were at and was very responsive to email and phones calls. Fantastic Agent!!
It’s with the utmost pleasure that I write this review for Jodie, I decided to go with Jodie as PRD had looked after our home as a rental for many years always finding the perfect tenants and unlet for very long. The moment I met Jodie I liked her, she has a warm
nature and had done her homework before our meeting and was the first agent to actually recognise our home was not like the rest in the neighbourhood and could see the money that had been invested in our home. Her communication and professionalism are two great attributes, always communicating after every open house or contact that was made, never pushy with us or the interested parties, just having a conversation between two parties to meet in the middle for a win/win result. Now that we have sold I will miss my contact with Jodie but I I’ll keep in touch as she isn’t just an agent now but a friend.
