Although we didn’t look at that property, Jess and I ended up having a long conversation. Months later after a long search, we found 5 acres we could afford. Once listed she put maximum effort into selling the property, including two home opens a week, great advertising in local papers and web and well-presented and positioned for sale sign on the verge. She sold the property within a couple of weeks – and for less than one percent under full asking price! This service continued after acceptance with help in arranging conveyancing, electrical and pest inspections and so on, which ensured there were no delays with transfer. I would have to rate the performance and service provided at a full five out of five points.
