As the ONE, the purchaser survived through a phenomenal 60 minutes 175 bids grand auction, would like to say any praise words on the selling agent is not easy, indeed. Because Gavin has attracted so many competitors to be actively participated into a grand auction to maximize vendor’s benefit. Be honest, Gavin has presented his first-class technical knowledge on any subtle high level property related issue which is very rarely to found among his peer agents.
