Since 1989, Tom has purchased his first block of land and, by the age of 23, had built and owned his first home. Interest rates at the time averaged 22%, so he knows what it’s like to get through the hard times of owning a property.
Since then, he has built, purchased and developed several properties, ranging from owner-occupied homes to investments, self-managed super funds and renovations. With a finance background and over 20 years as a broker, he has a strong understanding of what clients go through when dealing with lenders and navigating the ever-changing market over the last three decades.
Tom is a very upfront person who won’t just tell people what they want to hear. At the same time, he listens to his clients’ needs and will never put them in a position he wouldn’t be comfortable himself.
