Roz Tedge has been involved in the real estate industry since 2000. Roz started as a personal assistant and the love of real estate propelled her to achieve her full real estate license to enable her to operate independently.

Alongside her husband of 45 years Roz has personally purchased, sold, renovated, rented, managed and invested in many properties. Being involved in so many aspects of the real estate industry has provided Roz with a great understanding of her clients’ needs and what it takes to achieve their ideal outcome. Her desire to help her clients achieve the best result possible is Roz’s primary motivation.

Having come from a small regional community where there was a strong sense of community, I love living and working in Tiaro and the community feeling that still thrives amongst locals and visitors alike. It’s a wonderful place to live, work and play.

My husband and family are my driving force. I am the blessed mother of two wonderful people and proud grandmother of four adorable grandchildren. In life and work my mission is to connect and “be of service”. I believe there is no greater mission in this life than to make a positive impact in the lives of those around me whether it be the small kindness of a smile or the incredibly important role of assisting a client in the sale of one of their most valuable assets.
