Friendly and professional

Purchase of House
We were the first couple to inspect our new property in fact before it officially hit the market.
Despite this house being occupied by tennants,Mohammad was able to meet us there in the coming days.
He could see how much we liked the layout and advised us to place an offer which saw us eventually purchase our home.
Despite having tennants, an interstate owner and Easter occurring thus delaying the settlement day, gaining early access on moving day, Mohammad was able to navigate all parties through a very difficult period not to mention the COVID-19 restriction.
Mohammad was always very timely when responding to our phone calls,emails or text messages.
Mohammad always treated us with great respect and acted in a very professional manner at all times.
We are extremely happy with the level of service provided by Mohammad and would highly recommend him to others contemplating selling or purchasing.

Done Excellent Job

Mohammad was extremely friendly and was on the property every time we wanted him there. He was easily approachable, genuine and always greeted us very warmly both personally and over the phone. He has made purchase process very easy and smooth and have always communicated with us in a positive and friendly tone. He is very different from other real estate agents and always care for both parties to make a deal successful. We are very happy with purchase process through Mohammad which I think was almost impossible due to our busy schedules and young family to get from anybody else right from the beginning of the contract until settlement.
