Enjoyable Experience
We found buying the house from Jacqui to be a most enjoyable experience. Firstly, Jacqui’s initiative to follow us up after meeting at one of her open homes approx. 4 months prior, remembering the quality of house we were looking for. She was confident enough in her own experience to suggest we drive up from the Gold Coast as soon as possible as she was about to list a new property Jacqui was confident that it would meet all our needs. We drove up the next day, inspected and loved the property, made an offer, signed a contract that afternoon before driving home, how good is this! The Complete Package
My initial thoughts were that anyone could sell real estate and to those involved it was easy money. How wrong was I!
When selling a property you need to have someone that understands the local market and has a good grasp on the marketing strategies that work in the area.
You also need to engage someone that has vast experience and the type of personality that you feel comfortable dealing with, as well as the drive to work long hours to get that sale.
We were lucky to find all these aspects in the one package, Jacqui.
I cannot believe the persistence she showed each week providing Open Houses, Private Viewings, Marketing and follow up calls to potential clients, all the time providing us with feedback and keeping the communication channels open to let us know where things were at, no matter what the time of day or evening.

We viewed the property on two occasions prior to making an offer.
