@realty has signed a “perfect match” high-profile sponsorship deal that will give it a significant leg-up in the markets it most wants to feature in.
National real estate network @realty has signed a five-year partnership with the Gold Coast Suns Football Club as official sponsor of the team’s coaching staff.
@realty will be the Gold Coast Sun’s exclusive real estate partner and senior coach Stuart Dew’s first corporate partner.
The partnership has been forged as @realty, which boasts 550-plus agents nationwide, prepares to expand its operations into the Northern Territory, the ACT and Tasmania in the coming months.
Roots
@realty director James Taylor said the partnership with the Gold Coast Suns is a “perfect match” for the company.
“@realty was established on the Gold Coast five years ago and we are headquartered in Surfers Paradise, so we wanted a brand alliance which reflected our roots but also our growing presence nationally,” Mr Taylor said.
“We also wanted to get behind a team, because that’s one of @realty’s main points of difference. We work as one big team, meaning all of our agents across Australia have access to @realty’s listings and a shared buyer database.”
Mr Taylor said the synergy is plain to see.
“Like the Suns, we are a relatively young team, but we bring a fresh approach to our game using the latest technology and innovative software to deliver great results for our clients.”
Edge
Fellow director JJ Taylor said the partnership will further elevate the @realty brand.
“The Gold Coast Suns have a loyal fan base, and for us, it’s all about enhancing awareness of our brand and how we operate differently to our competitors to give our clients an advantage in any market,” he said.
“As part of this partnership, we will have branding on coach boxes at all home and away games, branding on coaching apparel, a digital presence in-stadium and use of stadiums across the country for our agent meetings.
“We also look forward to working with the Gold Coast Suns to debut a number of exciting competitions, promotions and game day initiatives for fans all over Australia.”
Forward
GC Suns CEO Mark Evans said he was delighted to welcome a new partner to the club.
“It’s been an exciting start to 2019 and it’s fantastic that the positive momentum continues by announcing a five-year partnership with @realty,” Mr Evans said.
“This off-season has been one of significant change for the club, and it’s great to have a Gold Coast business embark on this journey with us.
“We’re looking forward to welcoming the team at @realty to the Gold Coast Suns and working with them to achieve their ambitious business goals.”
