Cheryle is both a Licensed Real Estate Agent and Auctioneer, specialising in residential homes, lifestyle acreage, investment properties, and first home buyer support. Having lived in the area for over 22 years, Cheryle is an active member of the business community and has proudly served on the committees of both the Bundaberg Chamber of Commerce and Toastmasters, reflecting her commitment to connection, leadership, and ongoing personal growth.

Her extensive background includes over 15 years operating a finance broking business, along with first-hand experience in small developments, subdivisions, renovations, and new property construction. This gives her a distinct edge when working with property investors—whether they’re entering the market or building on an existing portfolio.

Raised on a stud dairy farm and spending her childhood holidays helping on her grandparents’ sheep property, Cheryle has a deep appreciation for rural life. That foundation gives her a practical understanding of agri-business and lifestyle acreage clients—many of whom value her down-to-earth knowledge and honesty.

What truly sets Cheryle apart is her people-first approach. She listens carefully, offers practical advice on property presentation, and leverages a trusted network of local professionals to ensure each client’s experience is as smooth and stress-free as possible. Cheryle has also worked across diverse industries including traditional and merchant banking, IT networking, and as a lecturer in computing and business. She’s the proud mother of two adult sons (and a seasoned soccer and cricket mum!), and shares a passion for property projects with her partner.

Her greatest personal challenge? Sailing across the Pacific Ocean from Los Angeles to Brisbane—via Hawaii, Fiji, and New Caledonia—aboard a 65’ yacht. A journey that speaks to her determination, adaptability, and spirit of adventure.
