ABOUT ME:
I am a proud Cairns local, deeply connected to community and its people. My career began as an Electronics Technician, and at just 18 – and only in my second year of training – I purchased the company I was working for. I successfully operated the business for 18 years before embracing my keen interest in property and investment.

MY REAL ESTATE JOURNEY:
In 2003, I transitioned into the real estate industry, joining The Hedley Group, one of FNQ’s leading property developers at the time. I gained extensive experience selling apartment complexes throughout Cairns, the Northern Beaches, and Port Douglas, as well as a wide range of house-and-land packages across several major residential estates.

In 2009, I accepted a position as Senior Salesperson with RE/MAX, where I once again utilised my development-sales expertise. I successfully marketed and sold multiple projects for The Benchmark Group, and built a strong track record of private apartment and residential home sales across City, Edge Hill, Freshwater, Redlynch, Kanimbla, Brinsmead, and Mt Sheridan.

During my time with RE/MAX, I consistently ranked within the Top 20 High Achievers Australia-wide, including several placements within the Top 5.

@realty AND THE LAUNCH OF HAMILTON REALTY CAIRNS:
In January 2015, I joined @realty, where the flexibility to create tailored marketing strategies elevated the service I could provide to clients. This personalised approach has contributed significantly to the success I now enjoy.

With more than 23 years of real estate experience, and over 600 property sales throughout the Cairns region to date, I have now formed HAMILTON Realty Cairns. Drawing on my extensive background with leading developers and agencies, I offer a diverse range of marketing strategies designed to suit every property and every seller.

LOCAL KNOWLEDGE, REAL CONNECTIONS:
I have lived in Redlynch for the past 20 years with my wife and our two teenage children. When I’m not at open homes, I’m usually seen supporting my children with their music and theatrical endeavours, or cheering on my old football club, Brothers Cairns.
