Paradise Lake Resort is a very friendly Park for those aged 50 years and older. It is not a Retirement Village. It is not pet friendly due to the Lake and its prolific birdlife. There is plenty of Social Activities if you choose to join in and attend at the Recreation Hall. Be as social or as private as you like – the choice is yours.
When you purchase in an Over 50’s Park you do not pay Stamp Duty or Council Rates as you are purchasing the home only and Leasing the land. There are no Entry or Exit Fees as it is not a retirement Village – it is affordable living for those aged 50 years and over. If you are on a pension , you may receive “Rental Assistance Rebate” from CentreLink – they decide who is eligible.
This Park is known as the friendliest Park and is well located to Runaway Bay Shopping Precinct, Harbourtown Shopping and Entertainment Precinct and not forgetting, the Beautiful Broadwater just a short drive away or bus trip).
