After nearly 40 years of living in the Tweed Valley and the last 28 of those working in Real Estate, Bernice has a deep knowledge and love of the area, from the McPherson Ranges to the Kingscliff Coast and some 30 locations in between.

Her years in the Tweed Valley have honed skills in all aspects of evaluating real estate for best sale outcome as well as introducing newcomers to the area – knowing the best locations for views of the ocean or Mount Warning, where you will pick up a nice sea breeze or favourite surf break, locations closest to schools and hospitals, bus stops and the best dentist and pubs etc.
