part for me is the sheer diversity it offers, ensuring that no two days are the same.
The satisfaction I derive from assisting people from all walks of life with their property needs is truly unmatched. Moving homes can be one of life’s most stressful experiences, and being able to help ease this transition is incredibly gratifying.
A Unique Perspective: What makes my approach unique is that I’ve worn all the hats in real estate – investor, homeowner, and tenant. This broad perspective enables me to see every situation from multiple angles, providing a well-rounded approach to property management.
Choosing Coastal Edge Real Estate: When I first moved to the Sunshine Coast, I worked in a corporate real estate office for six months. It didn’t take long for me to realize that the corporate environment felt too sterile and impersonal for my style of working.
Since then, I’ve been fortunate to thrive in environments that prioritize health, happiness, and a good work-life balance.
Today, I run my own real estate business with my husband.
Real estate can be a demanding profession with long hours and high stress levels. Therefore, it’s crucial to work in an environment that promotes and encourages well-being on a daily basis. I take pride in the fact that I start each morning with a smile and leave each afternoon with the same positive energy.
The Sunshine Coast Lifestyle: My decision to move from the Gold Coast to the Sunshine Coast 11 years ago was one of the best choices I’ve made for my family and myself.
The Sunshine Coast offers a relaxed atmosphere and a profound sense of safety for families. There are hidden gems in the form of niche cafes and restaurants scattered throughout the region, along with a plethora of activities and attractions to keep people of all ages entertained.
My own journey on the Sunshine Coast also involves being a proud mother. My daughter, who was initially uncertain about her future, found a supportive community here, completed high school, and is now an Electronic Warfare Sailor in the Royal Australian Navy. Moreover, my other daughter, who has Type 1 Diabetes, receives exceptional care at the Sunshine Coast University Hospital, which goes above and beyond in patient support.
Mottos, Mantras, and Ethics: I live by the philosophy of embracing today because tomorrow is uncertain. Life, to me, is about living to the fullest, loving unconditionally, and continually striving to be the best person and property manager I can be.
In summary, I consider myself fortunate to live and work in one of the world’s most incredible places. In both my personal and professional life, I wouldn’t change a thing.
