About Janice Minihan

The Janice Minihan team has extensive experience spanning 17 years in the Brisbane market and 8 years in the UK market. Janice and her husband David currently own a property management business in the UK called Minihan Group and now bring their extensive training and experience back to the Brisbane area.

Janice and her team live, eat, and breathe all things property. As qualified Real Estate Agents in Queensland, (Licence number: 4625736), we love how being open-minded to others’ needs and having various tools in our toolbox allows us to tailor the experience exactly to what a client needs and wants.
