About Sue Anderson

Having been in Real Estate for many years and worked in numerous roles across the industry, Sue’s comprehensive knowledge has been invaluable in helping her achieve outstanding results for her stakeholders. Having once worked for one of Cairns most prolific Apartment developers “The Hedley Group”, Sue is recognized as one of the most knowledgeable within the industry.

Persistence Personified

We were living in New Zealand when we came upon a property in Australia that we loved. As we were not going to be in person to view it before we bought it, real estate agent Susan Anderson kindly liaised with our friend locally who would view on our behalf. She was very prompt in responding to our emails, phone calls and patiently answered our queries. Even after the unconditional contract was signed, Sue kept in touch throughout sharing information from the vendor like which furniture pieces were being left behind for us, sending us photos and even choosing our new carpet, offering us details of any tradespeople we needed, and managing the entire process. She went above and beyond and is an exceptional agent. I have worked as an admin manager in a large real estate agency in Melbourne and I have to say, I’ve never come across an agent who shows such care and support as Sue does, towards both, the vendor and the buyer. Terrific Agent
