Monica entered the real estate world in 2009, jumping straight in and opening a partnership in a rural town west of the Gold Coast.

Once the business evolved, she then moved to the heart of the Gold Coast and started with some bigger known brands and climbed the real estate ladder. Monica began in leasing, moved to sales administration, and then to contracts management. After a year in that role, she was then quickly promoted to sole trust accounts manager, HR officer and office manager of a busy office in Surfers Paradise.

Monica has since been working with real estate agents all over Australia and New Zealand, assisting them with their administration, start-up, training and compliance, while living (and selling properties) in the beautiful Wide Bay with her young family.

Monica holds her QLD licence as well as her Class 1 AND Stock and Station licence in NSW. Therefore, she would be happy to discuss your real estate needs for both QLD and NSW.
