About Paul Freney

Paul and Julie have a combined 47 years’ experience in all facets of Real Estate on the Sunshine Coast and Brisbane.

Paul commenced his commercial career in 1982 with the newly formed Raine & Horne Commercial Queensland, then as Associate Director of Baillieu Knight Frank. Paul moved to the Sunshine Coast and purchased Raine & Horne Mooloolaba and started Raine & Horne Commercial Sunshine Coast. Upon selling these offices, Paul opened Maroochy Beach Realty in Cotton Tree which became The Professionals Maroochydore. Paul also acquired Raine & Horne Kawana which grew into a very successful office. Paul has been responsible for many major developments and projects, selling and leasing, both in Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast and is very knowledgeable in all aspects of residential, commercial, industrial, retail sales and leasing.

During his long career, Paul has accumulated within the industry a large and wide range of contacts and loyal clients. Paul’s dedication, drive and honesty have produced consistent results for his many clients and repeat business has been the successful outcome based largely on Paul’s professionalism and integrity.

Julie joined Paul in 2012 as a joint Partner and has been an integral part of the Real Estate business going forward assisting in both Sales and administration and client care.

Paul has sold multi million dollars’ worth of residential and commercial real estate since commencing his career in 1982. That’s experience you just can’t buy.
