Kathleen Madgwick has lived in the Wide Bay area in QLD for approximately 18 Years and purchased a block of land in Glenwood in 2006. She now calls Glenwood her home and is a local expert in the area. Kathleen has an extensive real estate background, including an award-winning sales career, being the principal of her own agency, and being the REIQ finalist for the 2018 Awards for Excellence Commercial Property Manager of the Year. She was nominated Property Manager of the Year in the 2016 Awards for Excellence.

With experience managing large residential and commercial rent rolls, Kath has comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of the Real Estate Industry and is keen to provide excellent service to those wishing for a dedicated Agent to sell their property. Kath combines her love of property with time management, organisational, negotiation and client liaison skills.

Kath experienced some personal tragedies in 2019, 2021, and 2022, so she has had a rest from Real Estate to heal.
