Shek Maharaj has a relaxed and friendly communication style and most importantly, he listens to his clients. He has excellent knowledge of the strati ed Toongabbie market and of his Agency ‘Elders’ position in that market, and provided websites to enable me to independently verify his statements. When I asked for the price of houses in the same street that were under contract with Elders, Mr Marahaj demonstrated integrity by explaining that he could not disclose these prices. Similarly, Mr Maharaj demonstrated integrity by not changing his valuation of my house to match the valuations of other Elder’s agents. The price achieved was close to the mid point of Mr Maharaj’s valuation range. However, given the negative economic news which coincided with the marketing campaign, achievement of this price is considered evidence of superior negotiating skills.
