I am writing this review on behalf of the Jeffries Family (Sellers) Having no previously experienced in the property business I found myself overwhelmed with being charged with the responsibility of selling my parent’s home. While talking to a family friend I was given the number of a real estate agent that lived handy to my parents house. I first approached Gaylia to acquire an appraisal on my parents relocatable home in Noble Lakeside Park, Kingscliff NSW 2487.

After speaking with Gaylia I was reassured with her experience and knowledge of the local industry in Kingscliff. She presented the process with a step-by-step breakdown for all of the different selling stages, along with her total support of being available to be reassured for the more technical parts of the process. Not only did Gaylia provide the more typical real estate experience, but she also was very hands-on with staging of the house and by putting many more hours in than even I anticipated from a real estate agent. This was also backed up with an extensive range of trades people that if needed could help a home owner sell their property.

The end result, in both mine and the family’s opinion, was that Gaylia achieved a much better result than we ever expected on the sale of the home. I believe this came down to the experience and hard work of Gaylia Griffiths. To anybody looking to sell their house in Kingscliff, this is a person we highly recommend.
